Arrival at OR Tambo, you will be met be met by our representative who will transfer you to the hotel. After check in at the hotel you will be given an orientation of the itinerary. This evening dinner is at the hotel.
After
breakfast this morning you will be guided on a full day tour of South African
Black History, which includes Soweto Tour and Apartheid Museum. Soweto is a vibrant
and sprawling township, which is home to 3 million people. Here you will have
the opportunity to see Freedom Square and see the houses of two Nobel prize
winners Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu. This evening dinner is at a local
restaurant/lounge.
After breakfast, we will make our way to the Kruger National Flight from Johannesburg to Phinda Airport/Mkhuze International Airport. Stayover at Ghost Mountain Inn.
Full Day Safari
Arise early
and transfer to Tembe Elephant Park, spend two days in the magnificent sand
forests of Tembe in search of the largest Tuskers in South Africa. Explore the
Mosi swampland in the park's Eastern section on the hunt for the large lion
population.
Transfer from Tembe Elephant Park to Mkuze Airport for flight to Cape Town. Upon arrival at Cape Town Airport you will be taken on and orientation of the City and thereafter check in at the hotel.
After breakfast embark on a full day Cape Peninsular Tour. The Cape Peninsular is one of the worlds most
scenic areas and stretches from the City Centre to Cape Point. Travel along the
Atlantic Seaboard via Sea Point, Clifton an Camps Bay, to Hout Bay, a quaint
village and fishing harbour with magnificent mountain views and beach. We then
travel on through Chapmans Peak, one of the worlds most breath-taking coastal
drives, to Cape Point and the Good Hope Nature Reserve, which has magnificent
fynbos vegetation, bird life, endemic antelope species, zebra, historic
lighthouse and shipwrecks.
After breakfast embark on the tour of Robben Island, the historical landmark known for housing political prisoners such as Nelson Mandela.
Spend the morning at leisure or doing some last-minute shopping and packing. Later this afternoon transfer to the airport for your international flight.
